We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or altered products cannot be returned.
- Minor variations in color, size (up to 5%), or design due to screen/display differences are not considered defects.
3. Return Process
- To request a return, contact customer support with order details and product images.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back within the given instructions.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement
- In case of damaged or wrong items, replacement will be provided subject to stock availability.
