Return & Refund Policy (Doormats & Rugs)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or altered products cannot be returned.
  • Minor variations in color, size (up to 5%), or design due to screen/display differences are not considered defects.

3. Return Process

  • To request a return, contact customer support with order details and product images.
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within the given instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement

  • In case of damaged or wrong items, replacement will be provided subject to stock availability.
